COhatch expanding into Polaris and already plans to build in downtown Delaware location

What began as a relatively small startup idea in Worthington has developed into a rapidly growing, multifaceted co-working concept that is spreading across central Ohio, including Delaware County.

COhatch, which rents co-working, events and office space to businesses and individuals, revealed its newest venture: the Pub, 1554 Polaris Parkway in Columbus’ Polaris Fashion Place. It will replace the bar of the same name that closed there earlier this year. The Pub at Polaris is the fifth announced location for COhatch, which has two offices in Worthington and planned sites at 18 E. William St. in Delaware and in Upper Arlington.

I spoke to Matt Davis, an owner of COhatch about what his dream for COhatch is, and what’s next.
